Tall N Curly here, stepping back into the light after a year-long hiatus from comics – and from most things, I must say.
Let’s say the past few years felt like an unscripted reality show where I was both the completely lost main character and the bewildered audience. I tried to keep the pace until January 2023, but I realized I needed to pause, refocus, ponder, daydream, and reignite my artistic mojo. 🎨💭
Life, as we all know, can be a rollercoaster sometimes, and I spent most of the past three years stuck upside down in the loop of an old, broken one.
Still, in this quiet space, looking at the world from above in this awkward and uncomfortable position with a bit of queasiness, I found a wellspring of stories and creativity waiting to take shape.😄 So here I am, both feet back on the ground, back with a heart full of tales and a sketchpad full of dreams, ready to turn those experiences into something fun and sunny – sfunny 🌟✏️
I’m starting today with something that mirrors my journey— Tall N Curly, lost in the savannah, vast and unpredictable like the paths we walk. 🌾🦒
My notebook is brimming with comics soon to be shared. Yet, there’s a new project that needs to be introduced first. One that also blossomed from the many lessons learned on this wild journey – and from the usual crazy that lives inside my head and heart. You know me.
