Reply Khaya January 5, 2018 This was great, can so relate. Though my hair is straightened, I knew very well that many naturals have this problem of everyone being curious and touching their hair, yet I couldn’t help but touch my friend’s hair when she did the big chop. I just had to feel it! Now I regret it. She was obviously tired of everyone touching, though I think she let me pass since I know hair and did it pretty lightly Reply samoht retsar November 25, 2017 As a male with “male pattern baldness,” I can only wish that I had your problems! Reply Keke October 6, 2017 I’ve been there too! Knowing I don’t like it when ppl touch my hair… I think it’s more admiration and appreciation when it’s a natural to another natural… Like, “Girl, I understand the struggle” type thing. And it’s gorgeous! Lol Reply Supporter September 30, 2017 We’ve all done it! Forgive yourself :-) Reply Tall N Curly September 30, 2017 I did lol Reply nappyese September 29, 2017 kwwwwaaaaa. heheheheheheheheh Love it!! Reply Camilla K Allen September 29, 2017 I have shoulder length 4C hair, and I had someone touch my hair without asking. I didn’t get angry but it made me feel uncomfortable. Love your comics. Have you considered putting them all together as a book? I’d buy it. :-) Reply Tall N Curly September 29, 2017 I totally understand. It makes me feel uncomfortable too. Although I do try to understand that sometimes it’s just out of curiosity. What happened with the 4C goddess definitely taught me that :) Thank you! I have thought about it many times :) I think that because 1- it would be a lot of work and investment and 2- they are already available online for free so I’m not 100% sure people would be interested in buying it, I haven’t find enough motivation yet? But maybe I will ^_^ Reply Zandile Liwana-South Africa October 16, 2017 I would buy the book. I love your comics. I have 4C hair too. You really make me love my hair even more Reply Tall N Curly October 19, 2017 Well this is an amazing thing to read! You should! 4C hair is magical ^_^ I’ll seriously think about the book then, thank you :)) Reply Jorchet September 29, 2017 :) Reply Indigene September 29, 2017 😂😂 you got the sista connection! Or youight have been picking up your teeth!😂😂 Reply Tall N Curly September 29, 2017 I know!!! loll Reply sianthebaker September 29, 2017 I don’t mind so much when it’s other natural girls as we have some shared experiences as “people of highly textured hair and colour” but it’s a rage inducing micro-aggression and boundary cross when it’s ‘others’ Reply Sabina September 29, 2017 Lol this is so cute! I honestly think 3a-4c girls give each other a pass. Reply Tall N Curly September 29, 2017 Yes!! Thank God hahaha Reply Kre September 29, 2017 OMG, OMG, OMG!!! I have done same thing … did it before I even realized what the heck I was doing … and like you, shamed myself afterwards … Reply Tall N Curly September 29, 2017 I couldn’t believe it. Like I was possessed XD Reply Lena Johnson September 29, 2017 Lol love this! Reply Leave a Reply Cancel reply This site uses Akismet to reduce spam. Learn how your comment data is processed.
