Hi! So I’m from Brazil and most people here have curly or wavy hair, but they weave it or relax or do anything like that. I’ve spent the last couple hours checking many of your posts, they are all just so funny! Keep it up. (I’m so sorry if my english seems weird or something).
My goodness! Some people are just so disrespectful! As the saying goes, if you don’t have anything nice to say, keep ya’ dang mouth shut and do NOT say anything at ALL! (a few modifications to the saying but you get my drift, lol). But seriously, I thought Zendaya’s response to the negative remarks was very mature, well written and pretty much on point. When she said the part about listening to India.Arie’s song ‘I am Not My Hair’, I was like, “Yeessss, honey, yeessss!” I thought she looked stunning! Her look was very classy and just so put together – and the hairstyle was just the icing on the cake!
If it were me,but not in the public eye,I probably would have sarcastically replied”That’s because I just smoked a j,why did you want a toke?” But that wouldn’t have been very good for her career and then the gossip mongers would all be talking about how she’s smoking weed.When surprise,surprise,so many in Hollywood/LaLa Land smoke pot and do even more devastating drugs.But they all want to point fingers at each other so the suspicion is taken off themselves for whatever they do in their lives that isn’t “fan” approved. Glad I am just me,what you see is what you get,and if you don’t like it,don’t look,not my problem
Omg I love Zendaya she is soo beautiful. I don’t know why the fashion police lady said she smelled like weed. I’m glad Zendaya responded responsibly and she just represents black culture (you do too, I love ur blogs) Anyways thanks for addressing this
